• Create a welcoming, safe, and secure environment where children feel happy and are free to learn and develop through sport, movement and play.

• Support children in taking responsibility for their actions and personal choices.

• Foster positive attitudes and respect for self and others, promoting an environment that is free from bullying and discrimination.

• Offer a diverse range of resources and equipment, ensuring they are used safely under appropriate supervision.

• Deliver a programme of activities tailored to meet each child’s individual needs, supporting their physical, intellectual, emotional, and social development, and helping them grow into confident, independent, and cooperative individuals.

• Work closely with parents and carers to provide high-quality play and care experiences.

• Regularly review and evaluate our services to ensure we continue to meet the needs of children and their families.

• Keep parents and carers informed of any administrative changes within Coach Joe’s Sports Coaching Ltd, and actively listen to and address their feedback and concerns.

• Maintain open and effective communication with parents and carers to discuss each child’s progress, experiences, and any challenges that may arise.

• Employ qualified, experienced staff and provide them with the training and support necessary to succeed in their roles.

• Operate in full compliance with the Children’s Act 1989, the Childcare Act 2006, and all other relevant legal and regulatory frameworks.
